The Mother Lode Gun Club is open to membership to United States citizens who: 1) do not belong to any subversive group,
2) have never been convicted of a felony and 3) have a current membership in the National Rifle Association. To apply for Club membership, complete the membership application form (see PDF file below), obtain a co-signature from a current Club member, submit the application with payment by mail or in-person to the Club. If membership will begin between January 1 and June 30, the payment amount is $180 (i.e., a one-time initiation fee of $100, plus the first year's dues of $70, plus a one-time* $10 gate card activation fee). If membership will begin after June 30, the payment amount is $145 (i.e., a one-time initiation fee of $100, plus six months dues of $35, plus the one-time* $10 gate card activation fee). Members' spouses and children under the age of 18 may join the Club as "Associate Members" at lower rates. If questions arise, you can call MLGC and leave a message at (209) 984-4160.
*If your gate card is lost or is damaged to the point where it doesn't work, there will be an addtional $25 fee for a replacement card.
